Cresson, PA - The honors continue to pour in for Mount Aloysius men's basketball player Shawn Greenfield following an outstanding senior season for the Mountie point guard. After being named AMCC Player of the Year and a First-Team All Conference selection, Greenfield was selected to the Great Lakes All-Region Team as a First-Team selection on Tuesday morning. 

Greenfield was ranked as one of the highest scorers in NCAA Division III this past season. Greenfield finished the year with a 26.0 ppg scoring average and was twice named AMCC Player of the Week. In addition, Greenfield set a new program record for points per game in a single season. At the conclusion of the AMCC regular season, Greenfield also ranked fourth in three-point percentage (44.6).

In addition to his 26 points per game, Greenfield added 4.3 rebounds per game, 2.8 assists per game and 1.54 steals per game for the Mounties.

The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) 2014 Coaches' Division III All-District teams and coaches recognizes the best men's collegiate basketball student-athletes and coaches in the division, selected by member coaches of the NABC in NCAA Division III.
