Shawn Greenfield has been named the AMCC Men's Basketball Player of the Week following two strong outings for the Mount Aloysius men's basketball team.

Greenfield scored a career high 33 points in a 71-58 conference loss to Medaille, then recorded a career-high 10 rebounds to go with 21 points for his first double-double of the season in a non-conference road win over Lancaster Bible.  The AMCC's leading scorer finished the week averaging 27.0 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 4.5 apg and 2.0 spg.

Mount Aloysius currently sits at 1-2 in the AMCC standings and 4-5 overall. Greenfield and the Mounties return to their home court tomorrow night for a 6 p.m. matchup against Pitt-Greensburg.
